Who operates these websites
NICHOLAS JULIAN MADISON operates USA TOFU personally. This notice covers usatofu.com and tofuprintbikini.com. USA TOFU is connected to the American Soybean Co. projects. Our privacy and customer-support address is hello@usatofu.com.
TofuPrintBikini.com presents product information and links to the USA TOFU store. It does not collect newsletter signups or take payment on that site. Some shopping links include campaign/source labels so the destination can identify which link was followed; these labels do not themselves identify you. The destination receives ordinary technical request information when you visit it.
Using this website
Vercel hosts these websites. Hosting and security services process technical request information, which may include your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page and request times, to deliver and protect the service. We do not add advertising pixels, session-recording tools or marketing analytics to these websites. We do not use these websites to follow your activity across other websites, so their behavior does not change in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Fourthwall checkout and other websites you choose to visit have their own data practices.
Email updates
When you join the USA TOFU email list, we save your email address, signup date, signup source, and consent to receive our news and product updates. Signup records are stored privately with Vercel and are used for USA TOFU updates. Joining this list does not subscribe you to other American Soybean Co. brands.
We don’t sell your signup information. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. To leave the list now or request access or deletion, email hello@usatofu.com.
Optional text updates
If you separately opt into texts, we also save your mobile number, associated email address, signup date and source, and the text consent and disclosures you accepted. Text signup records are stored privately with Vercel. Providing a mobile number is optional; it is not required to receive emails or make a purchase.
Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in records are not sold or shared with other brands or third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process them only to store the signup or deliver USA TOFU messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Once messages begin, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also request removal at any time by emailing hello@usatofu.com.
Participant releases
For adults who choose to participate in USA TOFU or Cowboy Tofu filming, we collect full name, email, an optional shoot reference, adult and agreement confirmations, electronic signature and signing intent. We automatically save the submission time and a unique reference, together with the exact release text and version accepted. Nicholas Julian Madison can retrieve these records from private Vercel storage to document permission and answer copy or permission questions. Signing a release does not enroll you in marketing.
After saving, you can download or print the signed record and share a private copy link with yourself. Anyone who has that private link can view the record, so keep it private. We do not email a copy automatically. Release records are kept as needed to document the permission while content is used and to meet applicable legal obligations; they do not automatically expire. Contact hello@usatofu.com for a copy, access request or privacy question. Deletion requests may be limited by the need to retain evidence of permission or meet legal obligations.
Your shopping bag
An essential cookie stores a cart identifier so Fourthwall can maintain your shopping bag. The cookie lasts up to 30 days. You can clear it in your browser settings; doing so resets your bag on this website.
If you use a design preview where purchases are disabled, the preview bag may instead save item selections in your browser’s local storage. Clearing that storage removes the saved preview bag.
Checkout and orders
Checkout takes place on Fourthwall. Your shipping, payment, and order information is processed there under Fourthwall’s policies, which you can review at checkout. This website does not collect payment card details.

If you email USA TOFU, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. For privacy questions, contact hello@usatofu.com.
Service providers and retention
Vercel processes website and private signup storage. Fourthwall processes shopping and checkout information. Email providers process messages you send to us. A messaging provider may process signup information to deliver the USA TOFU updates you requested; joining the USA TOFU list does not enroll you in another brand’s list.
The signup system currently retains records until they are removed by the operator; it does not automatically expire subscriptions. You can request removal using hello@usatofu.com. We may retain limited consent, opt-out or transaction information where needed to respect your choices, resolve an issue or meet legal obligations. Correspondence is retained as needed to handle your inquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Hosting logs, order records and backups follow the relevant provider settings and applicable requirements. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or research answers in a privacy request.
Changes to this notice
We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will also place a notice on this website or contact affected people where appropriate. New collection features will be described before they are introduced.
